Reservation Guarantee and Confirmation
For any reservation, the customer is required to provide a valid credit card number, along with the expiration date and security code. This will be requested at check-in. The name on the card must match the name on the identification requested at check-in. The cardholder is the person staying at the hotel.

For any reservation: A deposit (advance payment) of 50% of the total stay cost is required. The reservation will be considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the requested amount.

For bookings made within 48 hours of arrival, the deposit required is 100% of the stay.

For bookings of 4 to 9 rooms: The remaining 50% of the stay must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.

For bookings of 10 rooms or more: The remaining 50% of the stay must be paid no later than 20 days before arrival.
Cancellation Terms
Any cancellation, even partial, must be made in writing.

For bookings of 1 to 3 rooms:
Free cancellation/modification up to 6 PM, 2 days before arrival.
Deposits will be retained for cancellations/modifications made later than this, in the case of no-show or early departure. -
For bookings of 4 to 9 rooms:
Free cancellation/modification up to 6 PM, 10 days before arrival.
Deposits will be retained for cancellations/modifications made later than this, in the case of no-show or early departure. -
For bookings of 10 rooms or more:
Free cancellation/modification up to 6 PM, 20 days before arrival.
Deposits will be retained for cancellations/modifications made later than this, in the case of no-show or early departure.
Price
The room rate was communicated at the time of booking and confirmed via email.
Our room rates are for one or two people. In some of our rooms, it is possible to accommodate a third person. This information must be communicated at the time of reservation.

If the room has extra bedding – the additional bed is charged 2,000 XPF per adult or child per day.

A crib can be provided for a child under 3 years old, at no charge. We do not guarantee that a crib will be available upon arrival if the request was not made in advance.
Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes (TTC).
Breakfast
Unused breakfasts are non-refundable. In the case of an early check-out, breakfast can be delivered to the room the evening before, if specified during check-in.
The Stay
All stays are reserved with room and facilities available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure.
All services included in the stay are provided from 3 PM on arrival until 11 AM on departure day.
Any extension not agreed upon with the hotel reception, and confirmed in writing, will incur an additional night charge.
Payment for the Stay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards (+3% fee on the total amount), as well as payments in cash. Bank transfers can be made at least 10 days before the arrival date.
Any payment by a third party must be arranged prior to the guest's arrival with the hotel reception. Proof of payment will be provided.
